Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier (or as otherwise required under applicable law). Title to the Products transfers to you when we have received full payment.
You are responsible for inspecting received items and reporting any issues (damage, missing items) to us within a reasonable period (e.g., within 7 days).
