At The Epicure Express, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

The item must not be a non-returnable product (see section 6).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@theepicureexpress.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for return authorization and further instructions.
3. Package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.
4. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return.

Note: Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to reflect in your account.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you’d like to exchange your item for the same product, email us at support@theepicureexpress.com with a photo and description of the issue.
In most cases, we’ll either:

Ship you a replacement item free of charge, or

Issue store credit or a full refund (depending on item availability).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

The damaged area

Packaging condition

The product label / barcode (if applicable)

We’ll resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and not eligible for refund:

Perishable or consumable goods (e.g. food, spices, oils – if sold)

Gift cards or digital downloads

Clearance / final sale items

Custom or personalized products

Items used, damaged, or not in original condition

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the return is due to our error, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Contact us immediately at support@theepicureexpress.com with your order number.

If the order has already shipped, you’ll need to initiate a return once it arrives.

9. International Orders

Returns for international orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs, or delays.

We do not refund international shipping fees or import duties/taxes paid.

Please email us before returning an international item to confirm eligibility.
