Tipsy Fruit

While this fruit salad won't get you tipsy, it's so delicious you might not stop eating it! The recipe uses a variety of fruits in a light, margarita-inspired dressing that stays good for a couple of days when kept chilled. Mango or jicama can be added if you don't feel stuck to the original recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups watermelon chunks
  • 3 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup silver (blanco) tequila, or more to taste
  • ¼ cup agave nectar, or more to taste
  • 3 limes, zested and juiced
Directions:
  1. Combine watermelon, pineapple, and strawberries in a serving bowl.
  2. Whisk tequila, agave nectar, lime zest, and lime juice together in a small bowl until well combined; pour over fruit and toss to coat.
