½ cup apple juice
¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt
½ cup frozen cauliflower rice
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen peaches
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)
Directions:
Add apple juice, yogurt, cauliflower rice, strawberries, peaches and sugar (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
