Quick Mediterranean Pasta

A fast and flavorful pasta dish with olives, tomatoes, garlic, and herbs — a bright, tangy meal full of Mediterranean flair.

Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces spaghetti 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
  1. In a large pot with boiling salted water cook spaghetti pasta until al dente. Rinse with cool water. Drain well.
  2. In a large bowl mix the bread crumbs, oregano, basil, and cooled pasta. Pour olive oil to your likening over the mixture.
  3. Serve salad cold.
