Mixed Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Smoothies are popular for breakfast, but many don't have enough calories or nutrients to be considered a complete meal. This creamy berry smoothie has the perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat, and will keep you satisfied until your next meal.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ cup low-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ avocado
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Directions:
  1. Combine berries, water, yogurt, banana, avocado and walnuts in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. If necessary, add more water to reach desired consistency.
