Ingredients:
4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
salt and ground black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper; drizzle with 2 tablespoons oil.
