Berry Kefir Smoothie

Get a probiotic boost at breakfast when you add kefir to your smoothie. Feel free to use any berries and nut butter you have on hand for this healthy smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 1½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup plain kefir
  • ½ medium banana
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
  1. Combine 1½ cups berries, 1 cup kefir, ½ banana, 2 teaspoons almond butter and ½ teaspoon vanilla in a blender. Blend until smooth.
