Balsamic Broccoli & Cauliflower

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in broccoli and cauliflower, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper; cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
