Ingredients:
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 (10 ounce) bag frozen broccoli and cauliflower, thawed and drained
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in broccoli and cauliflower, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper; cook, stirring often, until heated through, about 5 minutes.
