Cauliflower is tender-crisp and nicely browned in this air-fryer Buffalo cauliflower recipe. The hot sauce lends just enough heat, while the blue cheese offers a creamy, savory finish.
Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower (about 2 pounds), trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch florets
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
cooking spray
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as frank's redhot)
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
Preheat air fryer to 360°F for 5 minutes. Toss cauliflower with cornstarch, oil, garlic powder and onion powder in a large bowl until well coated. Generously coat with cooking spray and toss again. Working in batches if necessary, arrange the cauliflower in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook until the edges are golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
Whisk melted butter and hot sauce in a large bowl. Add all of the cooked cauliflower to the bowl and toss to coat. Return the cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and top with blue cheese.
